Mona received her professional skincare training at Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics in Woburn, MA. She has more than 1200 hours of training in Advanced Aesthetics and Spa Therapy and is certified in the application of chemical peels. She has completed numerous hours of Post Graduate Education with DermaCare USA, GM Collin Skincare, Physician's Care Alliance and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup. She also completed a course in "Advanced Skin Analysis, The Pastiche Method" with international trainer, researcher and author, Florence Barrett-Hill of Pastiche Resources Ltd. She completed Raindrop Technique training in 2009 and Reiki Itraining in 2011 and loves to incorporate essential oils and Reiki into her skincare treatments.
Before embarking on her career in skincare, Mona earned an Associates Degree in Allied Health at Southern Maine Technical College and has worked for 32 years in the healthcare field.

Val is originally from England but has lived in the United States since 1983. Initially, she worked in Santa Clara, California for Visage Beaute` Custom Color Company and specialized in makeup and skincare. When Val moved to the East Coast, she worked in the banking industry for 10 years before returning to the career she loves, makeup and aesthetics. In 2007, Val completed training in both nail technology and aesthetics, receiving certifications from Pierre’s School of Cosmetology in Portland and Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine, respectively.
Her training in nail and skin care, emphasizing the importance of relaxation and a holistic touch, allows her to care for her clients from head-to-toe. Val specializes in facials, makeup, waxing, manicures, (including shellacs), and pedicures.
“I believe in working one-on-one with each client and giving recommendations for professional products and treatments according to each client individual goals. I want to help my clients achieve lasting results that look and feel healthy and at the same time give them a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment. I believe this is my calling and that every beginning is a great beginning.”

Heather was born and raised in Topsham, Maine and loves living in this beautiful state.
She began studying massage in 2009 when she enrolled into the Therapeutic program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. Her studies included Swedish, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage. Since graduating, she has also been trained in Hot Stone therapy.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking, photography and spending time with her family.

LaVonne is a native of the Pacific Northwest and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Pacific University in Oregon. In 2009 she moved to North Carolina where she studied Massage Therapy at The Body Therapy Institute. She received over 650 hours of training in Swedish and Myofacial massage techniques and studied other Spa modalities as well. LaVonne also offers Deep Tissue and Hot Stone massage as well as Raindrop Technique.
She has been a “Mainer” for a little over two years but she tells us she really loves it here. In her spare time, LaVonne loves to work with plants and herbs and is currently in the process of planning for her own gardens. She plans to plant in the Spring of 2013 and will grow and harvest herbs for own line of healthy organic teas.

Customer Service Manager, Makeup Specialist
Phyllis is a native of Brunswick and received her Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences from Casco Bay College. Before joining Sweet Water, she worked as an administrative assistant and bookkeeper for more than 15 years. Phyllis has always had a passion for makeup so when she joined Sweet Water and started using the Jane Iredale makeup; she was sold on the quality and ease of application. Since then, she has taken numerous continuing education classes with Jane Iredale, including several "Master Classes" with Jane Iredale University. She loves applying makeup and teaching clients the proper techniques of mineral makeup application.
Phyllis and her husband, Rob, are the proud parents of two daughters, Jessica and Michelle. Phyllis is active in community theatre and is an accomplished singer.

Customer Service Representative
Before joining Sweet Water, Linda worked as a retail buyer and manager for more than 6 years. She returns to the work force after conquering cancer, the toughest challenge of her life. Along with her responsibilities at the customer service desk, Linda is responsible for all the beautiful retail displays at Sweet Water. Linda and her husband Larry have three grown children, two grandchildren, and a Black Lab named “Lexie”.
